Candidates must possess either a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or have completed two courses in Infant/Toddler Child Development, though assistance is offered for obtaining these courses. A minimum of two years of professional classroom experience working with children is preferred, and an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education is desired.
