Boys Varsity Assistant Crew Coach

The assistant crew coach is responsible for instructing and coaching teams and individuals in sports fundamentals, demonstrating techniques, and preparing athletes for competition through organized practice sessions. This role involves planning practices in collaboration with the head coach, providing encouragement, staying current with sport developments, and evaluating athlete performance.

Candidates must possess excellent management and interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to build trust with students, and show respect for diversity and inclusion. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or ged, obtaining a nh commercial boating license, and cpr/Aed certification, with a college degree preferred.
