Position Summary
**Full-Time and Part-Time Openings The Therapist assures the implementation of effective individual, family, and/or group therapy, provides training, and support to other treatment staff. The therapist also assists with general quality assurance responsibilities for program treatment services. This position will work 201 days per year (full-time).
Essential Responsibilities

- To assure the delivery of quality services and the effective implementation of individual, family, and group therapy.
- 2.
- To assure proper documentation and record keeping.
- 3.
- To assure appropriate discharge planning and post-program success.
- 4.
- To assure the continuous safety of all students.
- 5.
- Provides sound clinical judgment as well as crisis intervention and problem solving skills.
- 6.
- To assure the continuing development of professional skills.
Qualifications
Education / Credentials / Licensure
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Social work required.
- Valid state driver's license, safe driving record, and current auto insurance required.
- Experience
- Two (2) years of clinical mental health experience working with children and families required.
- Experience with the application of behavioral management, ecological systems theory, and cognitive behavioral techniques required.
Clearances • State Police; FBI clearance
Child Abuse Clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies.
