Primary Teacher - Infant / Toddler (Arlington)

The primary teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally responsive classroom for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and supporting their social-Emotional growth through engaging activities. This role also involves observing and assessing individual child development, maintaining accurate documentation, and partnering with families and team members.

Candidates must possess a current child development associate (Cda) in infant toddler development, with an associate's degree in early childhood education preferred, and demonstrate fluency in english. Additional requirements include technical proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, passing background checks, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and handle toileting demands.
