Teacher Aides (Loudoun County) - infant / toddler

The teacher aide will support the primary teacher in implementing classroom activities to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for children, organizing materials, and supervising indoor and outdoor activities using positive guidance techniques. Responsibilities also include assisting with observations, evaluations, administrative tasks like attendance and reports, and maintaining positive relationships with parents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and must be able to obtain an infant toddler cda within 12 months of hire, along with at least one year of experience working with children aged 0-5. Fluency in english is required, and proficiency in basic technological tools and organizational values demonstration are also necessary.
