Clinical Educator - RN

The clinical educator acts as a resource, coordinating training and orientation for new clinical staff while ensuring awareness of current standards of practice. This role also supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance across outpatient areas.

Candidates must be a licensed and currently registered nurse in pennsylvania with significant orthopedic background, preferably including inpatient and/Or perioperative experience. Required certifications include current cpr, acls, and pals, along with excellent computer, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
