Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Registered Nurse at Falcon Ridge Ranch in Virgin, Utah✨ Falcon Ridge Ranch is a residential treatment program provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.

- What you will do: As a Registered Nurse you will be a member of the Medical Department staff for the Student Services Team. You will be responsible for coordinating the daily activity of the medical department, ensuring adherence to healthcare guidelines, and implementing safety standards for our youth. You will manage the students’ medical care according to their needs, delegate medical services to members of your team, and assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on and off site.
- To be considered you should: Be empathetic, patient, consistent, and compassionate, have an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect ~ Have a current Registered Nursing license for the state of Utah ~ Have at least two years of medical/surgical experience ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Have at least an Associates Degree in Nursing ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Schedule
