Night Shift

The night shift employee is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of students during 13-Hour shifts in the backcountry, while also assisting with curriculum work and leading experiential activities. Key duties include documenting supervision, facilitating group discussions, managing crises, and providing support and feedback to coworkers.

Candidates must be 19 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma (College degree preferred), and be able to pass background checks and health assessments. Essential soft skills include strong leadership, problem-Solving, emotional self-Regulation, and a safety-Oriented mindset, with first aid & cpr certification required within the first month.
