Certified Teacher - Second Grade

The teacher is primarily responsible for supporting the diocese of tucson's mission by evangelizing, catechizing, and educating youth within a catholic school environment, requiring adherence to catholic teachings both academically and behaviorally. Essential duties include planning and delivering instruction aligned with academic and religious curricula, providing evidence-Based intervention, and fostering the school's faith community through daily prayer and participation in religious activities.

Candidates must possess a current and valid arizona standard professional teaching certificate or alternative teacher certificate, along with a bachelor's degree or higher. A strong commitment to the roman catholic mission is essential, requiring active membership in a faith community and modeling gospel values, alongside excellent communication, organizational, and computer technology skills.
