Empowerment Childcare Teacher

The empowerment childcare teacher is responsible for ensuring the safety, well-Being, and engagement of children by providing structured, age-Appropriate activities and maintaining a clean, sanitary environment. This role involves direct supervision, implementing curriculum in collaboration with a co-Teacher, and professional interaction with children and their families.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to obtain edu119 certification, and prior experience working with children in a daycare setting or equivalent, along with current cpr and first aid certifications. Candidates must also pass a crc background check and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and some saturdays.
