Substitute school nurses are in steady demand

In New Mexico, substitute school nurse roles are typically driven by day-to-day coverage needs across districts, so availability and licensure matter. This role is competitive because employers often prefer an RN with BLS/AED certification, school or pediatric experience, and a BSN, even when those are not always required. Before applying, confirm your New Mexico RN license and certifications are current, and review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time compared with reading the full posting.
