Key Responsibilities • Instructional Delivery

  • Design and lead engaging lessons in dental subjects, appealing to various learning styles (visual, tactile, auditory).

  • Supervision: Train students in didactic and clinical four-handed/six-handed dentistry principles, ensuring they meet professional standards.

  • Success: Evaluate coursework within a 72-hour window and maintain face-to-face office hours to advise and mentor students.
  • Externship
  • Support: Supervise student externship experiences and maintain connections with local dental offices and clinics.
  • Professional
  • Standards: Participate in faculty meetings, advisory boards, and campus graduations to ensure the program remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Documentation: Manage student files, attendance records, and early alerts with precision.
