Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom (Infant, toddler, and children’s house ages 0-6) by observing children, maintaining the learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-Group activities. Key duties include helping children build confidence and fostering a calm, engaging space for exploration and learning.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3–6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. A genuine love for working with young children is essential, and while prior montessori experience is welcome, interest in learning the approach is sufficient.
