Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant guide is responsible for creating a nurturing, montessori-Aligned classroom environment that supports infant independence and development. They will observe children, maintain the classroom space, and build meaningful relationships with both children and their families.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess ece or child development credits. Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting is required, along with an interest in obtaining montessori certification.
