Developmental Specialist Vocational

The developmental specialist vocational is primarily responsible for building positive relationships with individuals supported, assisting them in achieving personal dreams and goals outlined in individual goal plans. This includes assessing hopes and desires, ensuring rights are protected, developing advocacy skills, and supervising/Educating individuals in various work settings.

A high school diploma is required for this position, along with a valid us driver's license. Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis and/Or developmental disabilities is listed as not required.
