Youth Development Attendant - Candler

The youth development attendant will supervise children within the ymca youth development center, ensuring safe and enjoyable childcare in alignment with the ymca mission and policies. Responsibilities include maintaining constant supervision, planning activities, and performing general housekeeping tasks to keep the area clean and safe.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and working towards a high school diploma or ged, with cpr certification required within 90 days of hire. Previous childcare experience is preferred, and the role requires the ability to effectively supervise children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old.
