The apartment aide provides support and instruction to qualifying tenants in areas like financial literacy, computer skills, and health/Wellness, while assisting the service coordinator with implementing service plans. This role also ensures the safety, health, and cleanliness of the environment for all residents.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid nys driver's license meeting agency policy, with a high school diploma or ged preferred. Essential abilities include reading documentation, basic computer skills for communication, handling multiple tasks, and meeting physical requirements including lifting up to 35 lbs.
