Client Recovery Advisor

The advisor will deliver the 52-Week in-Home addiction treatment program by meeting clients in their homes, coordinating care with the treatment team, and managing a caseload of appointments. Responsibilities also include offering support via face-To-Face and telephonic contact and submitting timely clinical documentation.

Applicants must reside in the south bend, indiana area and possess a reliable vehicle for travel within a 30-Mile radius, along with proof of auto insurance. A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for two years of lived continuous recovery experience from sud or related family experience.
