We are seeking a passionate Behavior Technician II to work with individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Staunton, VA.

Schedule Options
FT: Monday - Friday, and every other weekend, 7am-3pm
FT: 3pm - 11pm & 11pm-7a mixture, 5 days per week
PRN / as-needed
Your Role in Our Mission
- As a Behavior Technician II (BT II), your days will be filled with life-changing work!
- You will be equipping individuals with the tools, coping skills and support to prevent hospitalization and crisis.
- Some of your key duties will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care.
- As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.
- Additionally, you will maintain daily documentation and reporting in our electronic health system of record.

Compensation & Benefits • Competitive Rate
- $21.00 - $24.00 / hr for this full time position
- Sign-on & retention bonus is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
- Paid training: CPR / first-aid, Mindset, Medication Administration, Infectious Disease, Seizure Management, and QMHP-T supervision!

What We’re Looking For • Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field of study, or QMHP (trainee), or
- The ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire
- Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
