Counselors will supervise daily living activities, teach age-Appropriate life and social skills, manage the living environment, and provide behavior support and intervention as trained.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though prior childcare experience in a residential setting with a similar population is preferred. Candidates must be computer literate, able to pass a background check, and physically active for 8-10 hour shifts, including participation in de-Escalation and physical intervention.
