Teacher Assistant (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)

The teacher assistant will support the lead teacher in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children by assisting with lesson delivery, providing targeted instruction, and actively supervising students during class and outdoor activities. Key duties also involve maintaining a clean classroom environment and positively contributing to the overall school culture.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous work experience specifically with preschool-Age children, along with demonstrated english proficiency and the ability to collaborate effectively. Preferred qualifications include formal training or degrees in early childhood education and bilingual skills in french and/Or spanish.
