Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

The role involves providing aba therapy services, managing a caseload of 8–12 clients for the full-Time position, and supervising 4–8 registered behavior technicians for the contract position. Responsibilities include meeting billable hour targets and potentially covering saturday shifts.

Candidates must hold active bcba certification in good standing with the bacb and be eligible for georgia lba licensure. Required experience includes supervising rbts and managing aba caseloads, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with ehr systems like centralreach.
