BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Location: Cordova / East Memphis, TN Setting: In-Clinic | Full-Time Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 + Bonuses + $3,000 Sign-On A growing, privately owned ABA clinic is opening a brand-new location in Cordova, TN, serving children ages 18 months to 6 years old with autism in a collaborative, in-clinic setting. This is a rare opportunity to get in early at a new center, help build a caseload, and play a key role in shaping clinical quality and team culture from the ground up. If you’re looking for more than just a job and want visibility into the business side of ABA, along with real clinical autonomy, this is worth a conversation. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, etc.) Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Analyze progress and adjust programming as needed Provide weekly parent training and updates Supervise RBTs and interns in-center Collaborate with leadership to build and maintain a high-quality program Coordinate care with in-house Speech and OT providers Manage insurance authorizations and clinical documentation Maintain a manageable caseload (8–12 clients) Target 25 billable hours per week Schedule Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with lunch break) 100% in-clinic What Sets This Role Apart Be part of launching a new clinic from the ground up Work directly with ownership and leadership Strong interdisciplinary model with Speech and OT onsite Support from a Director of Clinical Quality + ongoing CEUs Tight-knit, clinician-focused environment, not a corporate churn model

Qualifications
