BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

The bcba will conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing supervision to rbts and interns. They will also manage insurance authorizations and collaborate with in-House speech and occupational therapy providers to ensure high-Quality care.

Candidates must hold an active bcba certification and possess strong clinical and leadership skills. Experience with early intervention is preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks associated with in-Clinic therapy.
