The bcba clinician develops, implements, and oversees skill-Acquisition and behavior-Reduction plans for assigned learners while supervising the performance of assigned clinicians (Bacb trainees, bcabas, and rbts). Duties also include conducting intake assessments, writing progress reports, and providing direct aba therapy across clinic, home, and community settings as needed.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a master’s degree and active bcba certification, along with a minimum of 2 years of bcba experience, preferably 3 or more years. Applicants must be licensed as a behavior analyst in utah or south dakota or willing to obtain licensure, and must complete an 8-Hour supervision course.
