Military and Family Life Counselor (School)

Mflc counselors deliver assessment, short-Term, solution-Focused counseling, and outreach services to eligible military individuals, children, and youth, collaborating with school staff and parents to support healthy development. Essential duties include providing non-Medical counseling, teaching coping strategies, facilitating psychological awareness, and conducting government-Approved presentations while maintaining daily activity reporting.

Candidates must be u.s. Citizens fluent in english and hold a master's degree or higher in a relevant behavioral health field, along with a valid independent mental health license from any u.s. State or territory. Required qualifications also include passing various background and suitability checks, and possessing knowledge of military life stresses and short-Term counseling techniques.
