Create and maintain a warm, positive, and respectful classroom environment Implement Primrose's Balanced Learning Curriculum Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support early learning standards Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning' Build strong, professional relationships with families through daily communication Maintain classroom schedules, routines, and transitions Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging, classroom Follow all state licensing, health, and safety regulations Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to support classroom success
