Full-Time Aquatic Staff

The aquatic staff is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-Being of participants in and around the aquatic facility, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role involves carrying out duties as a lifeguard and swim instructor, potentially leading on the pool deck while building participant confidence and swimming skills.

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission and possess the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional experiences, ideally with prior aquatic or recreation background. Required certifications include ymca or red cross lifeguarding (With cpr/First aid/Aed) within sixty days, and lifeguard instructor certification within six months.
