Specialty Clinical Nurse Educator - Critical Care

The clinical nurse educator for the critical care unit coordinates, plans, executes, evaluates, and provides educational activities and orientation programs for nursing staff, collaborating with the professional practice & development team. This role also updates nursing competencies, policies, and procedures, serving as a resource for leadership and staff on clinical knowledge and skills.

Candidates must possess a current and valid registered nurse license in virginia or a compact state, along with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a practicing rn or adult nursing educator. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with a master's degree preferred.
