Board Certified Behavior Analyst, DOE

The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments (Fbas) and designing individualized treatment plans for clients. Responsibilities also include providing ongoing training and supervision to registered behavior technicians and leading group training sessions.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba®) in good standing with the bacb® and obtain a hawai‘i state licensed behavior analyst (Lba) license before the start date. Required qualifications also include experience in aba services, strong professional references, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
