Nurse Educator

This role involves partnering with leaders to manage medical training needs, including gap identification, future skill planning, and maintaining best practices, while also delivering in-Person and virtual medical training and coaching across all divisions. Responsibilities include providing medical onboarding, ensuring skills validation, and collaborating on training material creation and tracking completions.

Candidates must possess an active, unencumbered registered nurse license to practice in kentucky, coupled with five or more years of nursing experience, preferably including two years in a mental health environment. Exemplary computer skills, including proficiency with the microsoft office suite, are also required.
