Golf Teaching Professional

The primary responsibility involves coaching academy junior and adult programs, which constitutes 90% of the time, alongside assisting with site operations and learning the academy's structure. A key role will also involve facilitating junior golf programs, including op36 classes, pga jr. League, and 3-Day camps.

Candidates must possess some coaching experience and be capable of leading classes immediately, with a preference for class a pga members, apprentices, or aspiring professionals. A strong passion for junior golf is essential, along with a willingness to learn and become an expert in the operation 36 development model and curriculum.
