PT Weekend Lead Program Operations Specialist - Evangeline's House

This role involves supervising program operations specialists during assigned shifts, attending mandatory meetings and trainings, and actively leading and participating in the daily activities of youth in care, such as mealtimes, sports, and field trips. The specialist is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety and operational policies, documenting client activities, and modeling appropriate behaviors for the youth.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or ged and one year of experience working with youth, alongside passing various background checks and obtaining necessary certifications like cpr/First aid and a food handlers permit. Essential requirements include emotional stability, effective communication, problem-Solving skills, and the ability to physically interact with and supervise children, including driving duties.
