Description Tennis and Pickleball Instructor

Join our vibrant community as a Tennis and Pickleball Instructor at the LACC Homeowners Association. We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead engaging lessons and promote active lifestyles among our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a friendly, health-conscious environment while sharing your expertise in tennis and pickleball.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct group and individual tennis and pickleball lessons for residents of all skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to different age groups and abilities
  • Maintain the safety and proper use of all sports facilities and equipment
  • Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive engagement among participants
  • Schedule and coordinate classes, clinics, and special events related to tennis and pickleball
  • Provide guidance on technique, rules, and strategies to improve player performance
  • Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of courts and related facilities

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a tennis and/or pickleball instructor or coach
  • Certification from a recognized tennis or pickleball organization (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of tennis and pickleball rules, techniques, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage participants of diverse ages and skill levels
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • First aid and CPR certification (preferred) LACC HOA values a community-oriented environment that encourages health, wellness, and social interaction.
