Children's Area Associate

The children's area associate is responsible for providing childcare services in a safe, caring, and secure manner, including age-Appropriate interactions and play activities for children. Duties involve greeting parents and children, leading daily crafts and activities, enforcing childcare policies, and being receptive to parent feedback.

Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or ged and preferably have a 1-Year certificate from college or technical school, along with a minimum of 6 months of related childcare experience or training. Required qualifications include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi-Task professionally, proficiency in computer skills, and meeting all necessary safety requirements and certifications.
