Camp Lifeguard/Waterfront Specialist (Training Provided!)

Specialists are responsible for planning and leading safe, fun, and age-Appropriate lessons and activities in their specific area, including instructing campers in boating, fishing, and water safety. They must also supervise open swim sessions, act calmly in emergencies, and support counselors by substituting when needed.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old to commute or 18/High school graduate to live on-Site, possess or obtain lifeguarding and first aid/Cpr certifications, and demonstrate the ability to interact well with youth and work outdoors. Willingness to commit to the entire summer schedule and live communally is preferred for on-Site staff.
