Registered Behavior Technician - Department 382

The registered behavior technician provides support and assists individuals with skills training in daily living activities while implementing behavior interventions under the direction of an rbt supervisor. This role involves assisting with data collection, reporting on target behaviors, and ensuring services comply with all applicable regulatory standards and agency policies.

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, and current registered behavior technician certification must be maintained. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree or dsp certification, along with at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
