Certified Diabetes Educator, Internal Med-Endocrinology, Full Time, First Shift

The certified diabetes educator provides clinical and educational services to patients, families, and caregivers to promote effective self-Management. They also support program accreditation through data collection, reporting, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Candidates must hold either an associate degree in nursing or a bachelor degree in dietetics, along with the corresponding professional certification. A minimum of 1-2 years of equivalent experience is required for this role.
