Clinical Staff Educator, (RN), Med/Surg and Critical Care Float, Part Time, Days

The clinical educator is responsible for providing individualized orientation for new personnel, inservice education, and coordinating educational programs to meet staff needs and enhance clinical nursing skills. This role also involves serving as a resource to nursing staff and modeling the ability to accept and implement change.

A bachelor of science degree in nursing is required, with a master of science in a health-Related field preferred, and candidates must be licensed as a registered nurse in ohio. Minimum required experience is 1 to 2 years, though 3 to 5 years is preferred, and new rn graduates are not accepted.
