Day Camp Behavior Specialist

The day camp behavior specialist is responsible for counseling students with personal, behavioral, and psychological issues, and modeling positive behavioral intervention strategies for counselors. They will also provide resources and strategies to parents and staff to assist campers experiencing behavioral or psychological issues.

Candidates should be nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, counseling, or psychology, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in school social work is advantageous, along with a commitment to inclusion and the ability to build authentic relationships with diverse populations.
