Day Camp Behavior Specialist

The day camp behavior specialist is responsible for counseling students with personal, behavioral, and psychological issues, and providing resources and strategies to parents and counselors to assist campers experiencing difficulties. Key duties include observing children, modeling positive behavior intervention strategies, communicating with parents, documenting interactions, and supporting staff daily through behavior management and crisis intervention.

Candidates must be nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, with experience in school social work being advantageous.
