The second grade teacher is responsible for delivering high-Quality instruction across core subjects, developing engaging lesson plans aligned with standards, and fostering academic, social, and emotional growth in students. Key duties include implementing standards-Based teaching, managing the classroom environment positively, and continuously assessing student progress to inform instruction.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, along with a valid state teaching license or certification in elementary education (K-5). Prior experience teaching early elementary students is strongly preferred, alongside knowledge of elementary literacy and mathematics instruction.
