Adjunct Faculty are responsible for facilitating student learning by delivering assigned classes according to college policy and course objectives, utilizing technology to enhance instruction, and maintaining accurate student records and grades. They must proactively engage with students to ensure a positive learning experience and demonstrate effective teaching strategies, especially for online learners.

Adjunct Faculty are hired each semester on an as-needed basis. Adjunct Faculty are responsible for creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals; and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided.
