Position Overview
Schedule & Pay • Job Type
- Part-Time (Up to 30 hours)
- Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
- Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
- Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
Compensation
- $20-$26/hr
- This is an in-home role requiring daily local travel. Candidates must reside within our Hartford County service cities that are Granby, Manchester, Marlborough, Middletown, Plainville, Burlington, Canton, and all cities in between
- We'll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - earn an additional $0.50 an hour upon completion.
- What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED completed
- 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
- Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
- Willingness to pass background and health checks
- Successful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. You will also need to pass an exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
