Infant Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for overall classroom management, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, and mentoring less experienced staff. They must implement the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum for infants, toddlers, and/Or preschoolers.

A minimum of six months of professional teaching experience is required, though one year is preferred, along with demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices. A high school diploma/Ged is mandatory, and an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
