Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for managing the classroom and implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p curriculum to create an engaging learning environment. They must also maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.

Candidates must have at least six months of professional teaching experience and a high school diploma or ged. An associate degree or higher in early childhood education is preferred, along with the ability to meet state licensing requirements.
