The speech-Language pathologist will provide assessments, therapeutic intervention, and direct instruction to students through individual sessions, push-In services, and co-Facilitation with related service team members. Responsibilities also include consulting and collaborating with parents and educators to implement interventions and crafting individual ieps and assessment reports.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess an illinois special education certificate endorsed for speech-Language pathology and an asha certificate of clinical competence (Cf-Slp or ccc-Slp). Required experience includes working with students with mild to severe cognitive disabilities and autism, along with knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication systems.
