Position Summary

The Training Support Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting REHAU’s Training & Academy initiatives by assisting with training content development, instructional design, and administrative coordination. This internship provides exposure to corporate learning environments, training development processes, and the creation of professional learning resources used across the organization.

Working closely with the Academy Manager, the intern will contribute to improving and maintaining training materials, ensuring alignment with company branding and quality standards, and supporting the delivery of learning resources that enhance employee knowledge and performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in instructional design, corporate training, content development, or learning program management to gain practical experience in a professional business environment.

  • Key responsibilities
  • Update and format proprietary technical PowerPoint training presentations to align with current corporate brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the design, editing, and maintenance of Academy resources including process guidelines, training documentation, and promotional materials.
  • Support training program development and delivery, including webinar planning and video documentation.
  • Maintain organized training files and version control across learning materials.
  • Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to training initiatives and learning programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the clarity, quality, and consistency of instructional materials.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance learning resources and support continuous improvement of Academy content.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS • Location

  • Leesburg, VA (REHAU Americas Headquarters)
  • Duration: 10–12 weeks during Summer 2026
  • Compensation: $18-$20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
  • Schedule: 30 Hours per week
