Program Aide On-Call

Program aides on-Call provide educational, relational, and social experiences for young children to foster growth across all developmental domains, while also being prepared to substitute in various roles including classroom assistance, janitorial support, and kitchen duties as needed for program operations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum high school diploma or ged, and must obtain basic first aid and pediatric cpr certification within 90 days of employment. Required qualifications also include demonstrated knowledge of working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, professional english proficiency, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
