Teacher I

The head start teacher is responsible for developing and implementing educational plans to promote preschool children's social-Emotional, physical, and cognitive growth while managing daily classroom operations and ensuring legal compliance. This role involves building strong family partnerships, maintaining high program quality standards, and supervising support staff.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field with equivalent coursework, along with experience teaching preschool-Age children. Essential requirements include professional english proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of head start programs, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
