Early Head Start Teacher

The early head start teacher develops and implements educational plans for infants and toddlers to promote holistic growth, working collaboratively with a co-Teacher to manage daily classroom operations and ensure legal compliance. Key duties include guiding child activities, maintaining a safe learning environment, nurturing family partnerships, and accurately documenting child progress through observations and assessments.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field with equivalent coursework, along with experience teaching preschool-Age children and professional english proficiency. Required qualifications also include demonstrated collaboration skills, strong organizational abilities, knowledge of the head start program, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
